# Log vs PocketToDo

The clearest difference is update cadence: Log at every 4 days against PocketToDo's every 2 months. Log also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Log sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and PocketToDo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Log ships an update every 4 days, PocketToDo every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
