# IdeaHatch vs Forge

The clearest difference is ads: Forge at none against IdeaHatch's shown. IdeaHatch's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IdeaHatch sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Forge sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
