# TotalBodyIQ vs Train Smart

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: Train Smart at 15.0 against TotalBodyIQ's 17.6. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. TotalBodyIQ sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Train Smart sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly weekly. Both last shipped on October 28, 2026.
