# Heal vs Vow Prep

The clearest difference is rating: Vow Prep at 5.0 against Heal's 3.5. Heal's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Heal sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Vow Prep sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vow Prep holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.5. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 2 and 1 respectively. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Heal ships an update every 6 days, Vow Prep every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
