# Tended vs FlareTrack

The clearest difference is rating: FlareTrack at 5.0 against Tended's 4.3. FlareTrack also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Tended's advantage is ratings volume (7 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tended sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and FlareTrack sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FlareTrack holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tended has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 100% and 100% positive.

Tended ships an update every 5 days, FlareTrack every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
