# Interval Walking vs DogGo

The clearest difference is update cadence: DogGo at every 2 days against Interval Walking's every 3 weeks. DogGo also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Interval Walking sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and DogGo sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Interval Walking ships an update every 3 weeks, DogGo every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
