# Pomely vs Buzz

The clearest difference is price: Buzz at Free against Pomely's $3.99. Buzz also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (65 vs 1). Pomely's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.2). On ads, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Buzz is free to download; Pomely costs $3.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Pomely holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Buzz has 65 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Pomely ships an update every 3 weeks, Buzz every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
