# Himelor vs Merely

The clearest difference is update cadence: Merely at every 3 days against Himelor's fortnightly. Himelor's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Himelor sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Merely sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Himelor ships an update fortnightly, Merely every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 4, 2026 respectively.
