# Focusing! vs Petit Patate

The clearest difference is update cadence: Petit Patate at every 3 days against Focusing!'s every 3 months. Focusing!'s advantage is device support (4 vs 2) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focusing! sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Petit Patate sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focusing! ships an update every 3 months, Petit Patate every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
