# iQ vs AthleteRep

The clearest difference is update cadence: iQ at every 2 days against AthleteRep's weekly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iQ sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and AthleteRep sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

iQ ships an update every 2 days, AthleteRep weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
