# CoTerm vs SkillForge

The clearest difference is monetization model: SkillForge at free against CoTerm's freemium. SkillForge also leads on device support (4 vs 2). CoTerm's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CoTerm sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and SkillForge sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
