# StrikeLog vs Amber Hour

The clearest difference is update cadence: Amber Hour at weekly against StrikeLog's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StrikeLog sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Amber Hour sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

StrikeLog ships an update fortnightly, Amber Hour weekly. Both last shipped on October 4, 2026.
