# StrikeLog vs ThunderCam

The clearest difference is update cadence: ThunderCam at every 3 days against StrikeLog's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StrikeLog sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and ThunderCam sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

StrikeLog ships an update fortnightly, ThunderCam every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
