# Связь vs Friendly Chat

The clearest difference is update cadence: Friendly Chat at every 2 days against Связь's monthly. Связь's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Связь ships an update monthly, Friendly Chat every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
