# Nearing vs New Noti

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: New Noti at 17.0 against Nearing's 26.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nearing sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and New Noti sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Nearing ships an update every 2 days, New Noti every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
