# Slow Social vs Pressed Petals

The clearest difference is rating: Slow Social at 5.0 against Pressed Petals's 3.2. Pressed Petals's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (13 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Slow Social sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Pressed Petals sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Slow Social holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pressed Petals has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Slow Social ships an update every 3 weeks, Pressed Petals every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
