HOW MUCH ALCOHOL DO YOU ACTUALLY DRINK? AND WHAT DOES IT DO TO YOUR BODY? It’s easy to underestimate how much alcohol you drink. And even harder to see exactly how alcohol affects your sleep, heart rate, and recovery. KaterZerro helps you find out both. Log your drinks, link your alcohol consumption to Apple Health, and compare days with and without alcohol. You’ll be surprised by what your own health data tells you. Dry January? Sober October? Why not start your own challenge? Count your alcohol-free days and share your achievements as a short video on Instagram, TikTok, or even LinkedIn ;-) TRACK YOUR DRINKS • Log drinks in seconds – with one “click”, Siri, or Shortcuts • A night out doesn’t necessarily end before midnight. Your drinking analysis doesn’t either (7am to 7am) • Keep an eye on everything with widgets and Live Activities ANALYZE YOUR DATA • Spot drinking patterns by amount, drink type, or time and get an AI summary of your drinking habits (optional) • Compare alcohol-free days with days when you drank different amounts (2, 4, 6, 8, or 10+ standard drinks of 14 g alcohol each) • Discover differences in sleep, heart rate, HRV, and recovery using your own health data • Get warnings when you exceed daily, weekly, or monthly guidelines (NHS, DGE, CCSA, and others) COUNT YOUR ALCOHOL-FREE DAYS Track your alcohol-free periods, start monthly challenges, and share your achievements as a short video directly from the app. PRIVACY FIRST. No account, no backend, no user tracking, and no ads. Your health data stays in Apple Health, and the analyses run directly on your iPhone.
