# MyDay vs Focus Mirror

The clearest difference is update cadence: MyDay at every 3 days against Focus Mirror's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MyDay sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Focus Mirror sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MyDay ships an update every 3 days, Focus Mirror every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
