# Focus it vs FocusPass

The clearest difference is update cadence: Focus it at weekly against FocusPass's monthly. FocusPass's advantage is iOS requirement (18.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Focus it sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and FocusPass sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Focus it ships an update weekly, FocusPass monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
