# SteadyLeaf vs Ninefold

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Ninefold at 10 against SteadyLeaf's 1. On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SteadyLeaf sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Ninefold sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $11.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for SteadyLeaf against 5.0 for Ninefold. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ninefold has 10 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

SteadyLeaf ships an update every 9 days, Ninefold every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 12, 2026.
