# Lit IPTV Player vs IPTV

The clearest difference is review sentiment: IPTV at 89% against Lit IPTV Player's 33%. IPTV also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and ratings volume (243 vs 18). Lit IPTV Player's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.5) and device support (5 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lit IPTV Player sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. IPTV asks for nothing beyond the download.

Lit IPTV Player holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IPTV has 243 ratings behind it against 18, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Lit IPTV Player's written reviews are positive against 89% of IPTV's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Lit IPTV Player ships an update every 4 days, IPTV weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
