# SoberSend vs Sub

The clearest difference is update cadence: Sub at every 3 days against SoberSend's every 2 months. Sub also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SoberSend sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Sub sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SoberSend ships an update every 2 months, Sub every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
