Ebbwatch

Ebbwatch is a quiet instrument for your life. It records your days, learns your routines, notices when you drift from them, and projects what is likely to follow. Everything happens on your device. No account, no ads, no tracking. The name is what it does: it watches your days ebb and return. Its Chinese name, 观复, is from the Tao Te Ching: all things rise together, and I watch them return. Observe The home screen is a single ink ring. When something departs from your usual pattern, a red mark appears on it, with a plain explanation. • Divergences: you log something less or more often than usual, a value runs high or low, an activity moves earlier or later, or something you used to log goes quiet • Your own past is the baseline, never anyone else's Projections • Trend: where a tracker is heading over the coming weeks, with a likely range • Goal odds: the chance you reach a goal at your current pace • Habit continuation: the chance a habit carries on next week Projections are statistical estimates from your own entries, not advice. Log • Chat to log: write "ran 5 km this morning". The on-device AI drafts the entry and saves when you confirm • Ask about your own data: "How did I sleep last month?" • Photos, videos, Live Photos and voice notes • Trackers for anything, grouped into life areas such as Health, Work and Mood Automations • Time: daily, weekdays, weekends or chosen days • Place: when you arrive at or leave a place you set up • Motion: when you start or stop walking, running, cycling, driving or a workout • Calendar: when an event starts or ends • Charging: when you plug in or unplug while Ebbwatch is running Data sources Apple Health steps (read-only), calendar, reminders, motion, visits and Journaling Suggestions. Each is optional. Memory Facts, preferences and habits learned from your entries. View, edit or delete any of them. Review • Timeline of every entry and its source • Stats with charts and breakdowns by area • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets: life-area map, activity heatmap • Siri and Shortcuts: "Log with Ebbwatch" Encouragement in two languages Write your own lines in English and Chinese, delivered as notifications and in a widget that switches language with one tap. Privacy • On device by default. No account, no analytics, no developer servers • The AI model is downloaded once from Apple, then runs offline • Optional iCloud sync, off by default, between your own iPhone and iPad. Data goes only to your private iCloud database, which we cannot access • Apple Health data is never stored in iCloud. While sync is on, Health import pauses and imported Health entries stay on this device • App lock with Face ID or Touch ID • Full backup and restore, plus CSV and JSON export Requirements AI features need a one-time download (about 3.4 GB; the optional enhanced model is about 5 GB) and a device with 6 GB of memory or more, such as iPhone 13 Pro, iPhone 14 or later. Without the model, Ebbwatch still logs, runs automations, detects divergences and makes projections, with built-in text in place of AI narration. Ebbwatch Pro Try every Pro feature free for 30 days, with no subscription and no automatic charge. Free: logging, timeline, stats, divergences, automations, widgets, backup and 10 AI messages a day. Pro adds unlimited AI chat, projections and AI observations, memory, iCloud sync, photo AI, AI life story and all themes. Then choose monthly, yearly or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage them in your Apple Account settings. Users of earlier versions keep Pro for life. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://rednotenews-rgb.github.io/SmartAlarm-Privacy/privacy_policy_guaji.html#en Ebbwatch is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. Ebbwatch keeps no score and no rankings. It observes, and tells you what is likely to follow.
