# Re vs Shitaku

The clearest difference is update cadence: Re at every 6 days against Shitaku's every 4 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Re sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Shitaku sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Re ships an update every 6 days, Shitaku every 4 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
