Weight, body fat, steps — see your Health data in one clean chart. The app reads what is already recorded in the Health app and draws it as a smooth, interactive chart. With Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets and an Apple Watch app, your progress is always a glance away — no need to open the app. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK Eight metrics: weight, body fat percentage, lean body mass, BMI, waist circumference, steps, active energy and dietary energy. Show only the ones you care about — the app asks Health for permission to read just those. FEATURES - Automatic Health sync Your data flows in from the Health app. No manual entry: any scale, tracker or food app that writes to Apple Health works right away. - An interactive trend chart View 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. Scroll sideways to explore your full history. Metrics that accumulate through the day, like steps and calories, are shown as daily totals in a bar chart. - 7-day moving average Cut through daily fluctuations and see your true trend. The moving average line can be toggled on or off at any time. - Period stats that follow your scroll As you move through the chart, the average and the total change for the visible window update in real time. - Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets Three Home Screen sizes (small, medium, large) plus rectangular, circular and inline Lock Screen widgets. Each widget can be set to its own metric and time period. Lock Screen widgets can also show units if you like. - Apple Watch app See charts for the past week or month and your latest value right on your wrist, and switch metrics on the watch. Complications and the Smart Stack are supported too, with the metric of your choice for each widget. - Themes Pick from 30+ themes, in light and dark variants, to recolour the whole app, your widgets and Apple Watch at once. Prefer no theme? Choose from 20 chart colours instead. - Available in 8 languages English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, German, Spanish and French. Follows your system language, or set one inside the app. ABOUT PRO - Dual-axis chart Overlay two metrics on one chart — weight against steps, for example — in the app, in your widgets and on Apple Watch. - All themes Use all 30+ themes, not just the 4 free ones. - No ads Pro comes as a monthly plan (auto-renewing), a yearly plan (auto-renewing), or a one-time purchase that never expires. Prices are shown on the purchase screen in the app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and renewals are charged within 24 hours before the period ends. You can cancel at any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Terms of Use: https://aucfan-suguru-yamada.github.io/weight-widget/terms Privacy Policy: https://aucfan-suguru-yamada.github.io/weight-widget/privacy-policy PRIVACY The app reads only the metrics you choose to display, and never writes to the Health app. Your Health data stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch and is never sent to any server. No account is required. To improve the app, we use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how it is used (for example, which screens and features are opened). This never includes your Health data. The free version may use an advertising identifier (IDFA) to show relevant ads. Health data is never used for advertising. Make tracking your body simple enough to actually keep up with.
Weight Log

PREMIUM — PURCHASE REQUIRED: All features described below are part of Pro and require a purchase: a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Step on the scale, log one number, and see the truth: not today's water-weight blip, but the line your body is actually following. This is a weight diary built around the 7-day moving average — the same idea trend-tracking veterans swear by — so a salty dinner or a long flight never looks like failure again. Most weight apps bury the scale under calorie counting, meal photos and macros. This one does the opposite: one number a day, a chart that tells the truth, and a goal that points wherever YOU are going — down, up, or holding steady. Everything works in kg or lb, and nothing requires an account. WHAT YOU GET • Your real trend at a glance — a 7-day moving-average line drawn through your actual weigh-ins, so daily jitter flattens out and the direction becomes obvious • A goal that works in any direction — losing, gaining, or maintaining, with a projected days-to-goal figure based on the pace you are actually logging • An answer to "how far to go?" the moment you open the app — current weight, target weight, and the exact distance between them on one dashboard • A history you can actually read — Today, Yesterday, every entry with its optional note, filtered to the last 30, 90, 180 days or all time, with weekly low/average/high • A daily weigh-in reminder at the hour you choose, feeding a day-streak counter that makes the habit stick • Your numbers on your terms — one tap exports every entry as a CSV you can hand to a coach, a doctor, or your own spreadsheet PERFECT FOR • Anyone losing weight who is tired of panicking over normal daily fluctuation • Hard gainers and athletes tracking a deliberate bulk toward a target date • People in maintenance who just want an early warning when the line starts drifting • Anyone whose doctor said "keep an eye on your weight" and wants a private place to do it WHY NOT JUST USE A SPREADSHEET OR THE HEALTH APP? A spreadsheet shows you a jagged line and leaves the interpretation to you. A general health hub buries weight three menus deep among steps and sleep. This app opens straight to the one question that matters — where is my weight really heading, and how far is the goal — and answers it in two seconds, with a smoothed trend a raw list of numbers can never show. It can also estimate BMI from your height if you want that context, clearly labeled as a screening range, not a diagnosis. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT Your weight history stays in the app's own database on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up, no cloud upload, no tracking. The only way your data leaves the device is when you export the CSV yourself. PREMIUM (PURCHASE REQUIRED) The app runs on a Full Access pass that unlocks everything: unlimited weigh-ins, the trend chart with moving average, goals with projected days-to-goal, streaks, weekly stats, daily reminders and CSV export. Choose a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account; subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and can be managed in your account settings. Weigh in tomorrow morning, log the number, and in a week you will see something no bathroom scale can show you: your line. Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Weight Log at none against Weight Widgets's shown. Weight Widgets's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 4 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Weight Widgets sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Weight Log sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Weight Widgets ships an update fortnightly, Weight Log every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
