# Forge vs Transformini

The clearest difference is update cadence: Transformini at every 9 days against Forge's every 3 weeks. Transformini also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Forge sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Transformini sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $24.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Forge ships an update every 3 weeks, Transformini every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
