# Rumskrot Terminal vs OmniGate

The clearest difference is update cadence: OmniGate at every 3 weeks against Rumskrot Terminal's every 3 months. OmniGate also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rumskrot Terminal sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per year and OmniGate sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rumskrot Terminal ships an update every 3 months, OmniGate every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
