# SHIFT vs Medicine Tracker App +

The clearest difference is update cadence: Medicine Tracker App + at every 6 days against SHIFT's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SHIFT sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Medicine Tracker App + sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SHIFT ships an update fortnightly, Medicine Tracker App + every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
