# SHIFT vs Resolv

The clearest difference is device support: SHIFT at 3 against Resolv's 1. SHIFT also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.4). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SHIFT sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Resolv sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SHIFT ships an update fortnightly, Resolv every 9 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
