# Wheneri vs LastTap

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Wheneri at 88% against LastTap's 60%. Wheneri also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks) and ratings volume (71 vs 3). LastTap's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Wheneri sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and LastTap sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LastTap holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Wheneri has 71 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 88% of Wheneri's written reviews are positive against 60% of LastTap's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Wheneri ships an update every 4 days, LastTap every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 31, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
