The clearest difference is monetization model: EverShot Cam at free against DualShot Recorder's freemium. EverShot Cam also leads on review sentiment (88% vs 67%). DualShot Recorder's advantage is ratings volume (1.9K vs 44). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DualShot Recorder sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and EverShot Cam sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.7 for DualShot Recorder against 4.6 for EverShot Cam.
