# StreamLink vs BlinkNote

The clearest difference is monetization model: BlinkNote at freemium against StreamLink's subscription. StreamLink's advantage is chart position (#203 vs unranked) and update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. StreamLink sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and BlinkNote sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 1.0 for StreamLink against 1.0 for BlinkNote. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 1 and 1 respectively.

StreamLink ships an update weekly, BlinkNote fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
