# Miso Records vs AShot

The clearest difference is ads: Miso Records at none against AShot's shown. AShot's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Miso Records sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and AShot sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Miso Records ships an update fortnightly, AShot weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 18, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
