# NoteTube vs Rethoria

The clearest difference is update cadence: Rethoria at weekly against NoteTube's every 6 weeks. Rethoria also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. NoteTube sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and Rethoria sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

NoteTube ships an update every 6 weeks, Rethoria weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
