# Interval vs woddie.

The clearest difference is update cadence: woddie. at every 3 days against Interval's every 2 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Interval sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and woddie. sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Interval ships an update every 2 months, woddie. every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 2, 2026 and October 12, 2026 respectively.
