# Interval vs SetFlow

The clearest difference is update cadence: Interval at every 6 days against SetFlow's every 2 weeks. SetFlow's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Interval sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per year and SetFlow sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Interval ships an update every 6 days, SetFlow every 2 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
