# BubbleAnimals vs Upgradors

The clearest difference is monetization model: BubbleAnimals at free against Upgradors's subscription. Upgradors's advantage is update cadence (every 5 days vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 26.0). On price, rating, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. BubbleAnimals sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Upgradors sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $5.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for BubbleAnimals against 5.0 for Upgradors. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 4 respectively.

BubbleAnimals ships an update every 3 months, Upgradors every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
