# Flipside vs Lyst.

The clearest difference is ads: Flipside at none against Lyst.'s shown. Lyst.'s advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Flipside sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Lyst. sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Flipside ships an update fortnightly, Lyst. every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 28, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
