# XK0 vs Locked In

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: XK0 at none against Locked In's 1. XK0 also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). Locked In's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Locked In sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. XK0 asks for nothing beyond the download.

XK0 ships an update every 3 months, Locked In every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 17, 2026 and September 22, 2026 respectively.
