# FocusTasks vs Focus Drift

The clearest difference is iOS requirement: FocusTasks at 17.0 against Focus Drift's 26.0. On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FocusTasks sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Focus Drift sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
