# FocusTasks vs Pomica

The clearest difference is ads: FocusTasks at none against Pomica's shown. FocusTasks also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FocusTasks sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Pomica sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FocusTasks ships an update every 2 days, Pomica weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
