# FocusTasks vs DayMosaic

The clearest difference is update cadence: FocusTasks at every 2 days against DayMosaic's every 6 days. FocusTasks also leads on iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FocusTasks sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and DayMosaic sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FocusTasks ships an update every 2 days, DayMosaic every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
