# FocusTasks vs Wick

The clearest difference is update cadence: FocusTasks at every 2 days against Wick's fortnightly. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FocusTasks sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Wick sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FocusTasks ships an update every 2 days, Wick fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
