# Apptally vs QR

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: QR at none against Apptally's 1. QR also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). Apptally's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Apptally sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. QR asks for nothing beyond the download.

Apptally ships an update every 3 weeks, QR every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
