# ShortformBlock vs Year In Dots

The clearest difference is device support: ShortformBlock at 4 against Year In Dots's 2. ShortformBlock also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.5). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ShortformBlock sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Year In Dots sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
