# Drawing Lessons vs Dumpling Squishy Coloring Book

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Dumpling Squishy Coloring Book at 100% against Drawing Lessons's 50%. Dumpling Squishy Coloring Book also leads on update cadence (every 8 days vs every 4 weeks). Drawing Lessons's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (24 vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Drawing Lessons sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days and Dumpling Squishy Coloring Book sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Drawing Lessons holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Drawing Lessons has 24 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Drawing Lessons's written reviews are positive against 100% of Dumpling Squishy Coloring Book's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Drawing Lessons ships an update every 4 weeks, Dumpling Squishy Coloring Book every 8 days. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
