Skip it alone. Do it together. DuoDone is a couple workout app where partners keep each other's workout promises. When you both finish today's workout, that's a DuoDone day. HOW IT WORKS · Invite your partner: make your own workout promise first, then send an invite link from the share sheet. Your partner connects with a single code. · Make a workout promise: pick gym, running, home workout, walking, Pilates, yoga, swimming, climbing, cycling or hiking, then choose the days and a deadline. Pinky promise! · Did you work out today?: post a proof photo, or just tap "Did it" without one. Need a break? Use a rest pass. · Your partner's cheer: your partner acknowledges your workout with one tap: . · Skip it and your partner knows: if there's no record by the deadline, your partner gets a heads-up and can send a cheer or a gentle knock. · Together for N days: days you both show up build a shared streak. Share it with a card. FUN BETS, NOT MONEY · Miss it and you buy the chicken. Keep it and you both go out for sushi. · Couple bets and penalties stay non-monetary: the dishes, a coffee, a massage, picking the movie. PROOF PHOTOS STAY BETWEEN YOU TWO · DuoDone is 1:1. You connect with exactly one partner, and there is no public feed. · Only your connected partner can see your proof photos. · Location data is removed from photos before upload. · Delete your photos anytime. If you disconnect, your partner can no longer see them in the app. You can report a photo you're uncomfortable with. ABOUT THE RESEARCH · A small study found that married adults who joined a fitness program with their spouse had a 12-month dropout rate of 6.3%, compared with 43% for married adults who joined alone (Wallace et al., 1995, Journal of Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness). · This is not a measurement of DuoDone's results. DuoDone turns the idea that you show up more when someone has your back into an app. GOOD TO KNOW · Bets are non-monetary only. · DuoDone does not guarantee weight loss or any other health outcome. Exercise at an intensity that suits your body. · Nodtry is now DuoDone. Your promises, history, and partner connection stay the same. · Contact: devhohouse@gmail.com

You know what to do. You're not lazy. The engine just hasn't started yet. There are moments when you know exactly what to do — but your hands won't move. Your head is full, your body feels heavy, and you keep drifting to anything else. Routinity was built for that exact moment. 60 seconds is all it takes. Pick how you feel right now, and a 3-step reset routine begins. Breathe along with the circle, find three straight lines around you, feel your feet on the floor — small, concrete actions that restart a stalled mind. See the change. Log how you feel before and after, and Routinity shows you the difference. Over time, it finds your recovery formula — which routine works best for you, in which state. Every week, a report that reads you. AI reads last week's resets and tells you when you tend to stall and what actually helps you recover. Then it builds a custom routine for this week around that pattern — 60 seconds that get to know you better the more you use them. Use it when: · Your thoughts are racing and nothing gets done · You keep saying "I should" without starting · You're tense before a presentation or a big task · Your mind is too loud to fall asleep Features · Weekly AI report — patterns and insights from last week's resets · This week's custom routine — rebuilt from your data every week · 60-second reset routines for 9 different states · A breathing guide that follows real breath rhythms · Tap-along tasks with haptic feedback · Before & after mood tracking with charts · Your recovery formula — the combo that works best for you · Weekly and time-of-day reset patterns Core routines stay free.
