EatCoach
Read full descriptionHide full description
A calorie tracker with an AI coach: it counts, explains and says what to eat next. The coach sees your whole day: what you ate, what you burned, what's left. A photo of the plate, a voice note or a couple of words — it reads the dish, does the maths and tells you what to do next. HOW IT WORKS 1. Say how you eat In your own words, the way you'd say it at home. «A bowl of chilli, two slices of sourdough, coffee with milk» is enough. No grams, no searching a database. 2. See where the number came from The coach shows what it recognised and which portions it assumed. Counted it wrong — fix it in one line: «less cheese than that». The correction sticks and works next time. 3. Ask what's next The coach sees what's left of the day and answers concretely: how to close the evening, what to take from a restaurant menu, how to build tomorrow if today came in heavier than planned. IT RUNS THE DAY, NOT JUST THE SUM Holds both sides of the day Eaten and burned side by side. Apple Health, WHOOP or Oura hand over steps, sleep and burn on their own. Without a tracker the coach counts burn from your basal metabolism — and says where the number came from. Follows the day Rest day, gym or cardio — the day's plan is rebuilt around the load. Change the goal or the pace and it recounts and explains what moved. Remembers you Tastes, usual meals, lab results, earlier conversations. Nothing to explain twice. Shows the week and the month Not only today: weight as a trend, weekly averages, how the month looks. You see movement instead of separate days. WHAT ELSE IT DOES Knows everyday food A jacket potato, a chicken Caesar wrap, overnight oats, shepherd's pie, a BLT — read as dishes, not as a list of ingredients you have to look up one by one. Reads restaurant menus Photograph the pages and the coach reads the whole menu, translates it, works out the dishes and suggests what fits your day: where there's room left for dinner, what covers the protein. Ordered it — say so, and it's in the log. Works with lab results It reads the table from a photo or a PDF, saves the markers and leans on them in its food guidance. This is not a diagnosis — take conclusions to a doctor. Speaks your language English, Spanish, Russian and Ukrainian in full: the screens and the coach's answers. Not translated buttons, but the language it talks to you in. Doesn't keep you at the screen Menus and lab results keep processing with the app in the background. Come back and the result is already there. Terms of Use (EULA): https://fit.myappse.com/en/terms Privacy Policy: https://fit.myappse.com/en/privacy
