# Constructor Tech vs MyTechExplorer

The clearest difference is update cadence: MyTechExplorer at every 2 days against Constructor Tech's fortnightly. MyTechExplorer also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Constructor Tech ships an update fortnightly, MyTechExplorer every 2 days. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
