About FlowMark: Not Just a Habit Tracker, But Your Personal Data Analysis Center Too often, we track habits just to satisfy the vanity of saying, "I checked it off." FlowMark is a pure productivity tool with zero annoying ads and no disruptive social features—built exclusively to help you get things done and level up. Whether you are a student prepping for crucial exams, a professional juggling multiple projects, or a geek craving ultimate self-discipline, FlowMark is meticulously crafted for you. Core Hardcore Features Original "Smart Tags" System Breaking the limitations of traditional tracker apps that only offer binary "Yes/No" choices. Multi-dimensional Data Stats: When logging "Exam Prep", you can attach value tags like "English: 60m" or "Math: 30m". The system will automatically generate a duration breakdown pie chart for that single session. Track categories and time simultaneously! Nuanced Status Recording: Supports text input, multi-selection, and 1-5 star ratings to comprehensively log your sleep quality, daily mood index, and focus states. Authentic "Multi-thread Timeline" True productivity masters often multitask (e.g., listening to a podcast while running). FlowMark's timeline perfectly supports the overlapping and parallel display of multiple time periods. Time blocks are never misaligned, providing a 1:1 precise representation of how you allocated your minutes. Geek-Style "Multi-dimensional Data Insights" Gradient Heatmaps: Based on the numerical values you record (such as wake-up times), the heatmap dynamically renders light-to-dark color gradients, allowing you to instantly spot your monthly routine patterns at a glance. Custom Summaries: Take full control of your weekly, monthly, and yearly summary lists. Sort them your way to prioritize the display of your most vital habits. Perfect for "Night Owl Mode" Who says a new day must start at midnight? Customize your own "Day Cutoff Time". Even if you review your day and log a habit at 2:00 AM, the record will securely count toward "yesterday". Say goodbye to the headache of backdating missed check-ins. Absolute Data Sovereignty Your data belongs strictly to you. Purely Local Execution: Enjoy an incredibly smooth experience of all core features without needing an internet connection. iCloud Cloud Sync: Supports seamless, one-tap data backup to your iCloud Drive. Cross-Platform Interoperability: Easily export standard ZIP backup packages for seamless data migration across devices and platforms. About

MediMate

MediMate helps people who use oral contraceptives keep pill reminders, pack progress, bleeding records and body signals in one calm place. PILL REMINDERS AND PACK PROGRESS Set local reminders, log taken or missed doses, and review active pills, placebo pills and break days. Track common 21/7 and 24/4 routines, plus the extended and continuous plans available in the app. Record the plan agreed with your clinician or pharmacist; do not change medication based on the app. MISSED DOSES AND SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES Keep notes about missed doses, vomiting, diarrhea and other circumstances that may affect pill use. General reference information helps you review your records. Instructions vary by pill and individual circumstances. MediMate cannot confirm contraceptive protection or replace your pill's patient information leaflet or professional advice. CYCLE, BLEEDING AND BODY SIGNALS Record periods, withdrawal bleeding, breakthrough bleeding and spotting. Review calendar entries and trends alongside symptoms such as headaches, nausea or mood changes. These views describe your records; they do not identify the cause of symptoms. EVERYDAY TOOLS Use widgets for today's progress and quick logging. Browse and filter your history, create password-encrypted backups for recovery, and export records for your own use or to share at a healthcare appointment. PRIVACY AND OPTIONAL SYNC No MediMate account is required. Records stay on your device by default. If you enable iCloud sync, supported records are synchronized to your own private iCloud database. Optional Apple Health sync requires separate permission and supports selected menstrual, bleeding and oral contraceptive records. You can disable sync or manage permissions. You choose where to save or share backup and export files. MediMate has no third-party advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs and does not send health records to a developer server. MEDIMATE PRO Core features are free. Some advanced features require an in-app purchase. Available benefits, plans and prices are shown before purchase. Monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions are distinguished from the one-time lifetime unlock. Restore Purchases is available. IMPORTANT MediMate is a tracking and reminder tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe or provide emergency care. Reminder delivery depends on system permissions, device state and your settings. For severe or persistent symptoms, missed pills or questions about medication, consult a qualified clinician or pharmacist.
